By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of the Service

You may use RecruiteAI only for lawful recruitment and hiring purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for ensuring that you have the right to submit any candidate data or third-party links (such as GitHub profiles) for processing. You must comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to employment, data protection, and privacy.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit data or use verification features in a manner that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have permission to use.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use the service to build a competing product or to reverse-engineer our technology beyond what is necessary for normal use.

Intellectual Property

RecruiteAI and its licensors own all rights in the platform, including the software, design, and content we provide. These terms do not grant you any ownership in our technology. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that our screening or verification results are complete, accurate, or suitable for your hiring decisions. You are responsible for your own recruitment and hiring processes and for complying with employment and data protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecruiteAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the last updated date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
